Our Quote & Ordering Process
The online quote configurator tool provides a fixed, online price for domestic air conditioning system and installation based on the information provided by the customer. Customers are presented with air conditioning units suitable for their requirements based on the information provided. The customer may then choose a package that includes installation by a certified engineer.
Once a customer has selected their package and proceeds to book, an installation date will be requested. We will then request full payment to confirm the installation, either via debit/credit card or Klarna. After order placement we will further confirm the booking via email or telephone.
If any of the information provided during the quotation process is discovered at the time of installation to be inaccurate, the job may be halted and will be required to be re-quoted. If the customer accepts the revised quotation, either the installation will proceed, dependent on the new requirements, or a new installation date will be arranged. If declined, a full refund will be issued, minus any reasonable costs for engineer time and any restocking fees incurred for the return of the units.
EchoEco reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice and shall issue a refund at this point.
The recommendations we provide for air conditioning systems via our conffigurator are based on answers provided by the customer.
Following the order being placed, customers must upload photographs of the installation site, including internal and external areas, at least 48 hours prior to installation. These are used to verify site suitability and plan the install. Failure to submit photographs may delay or cancel the installation.
