These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again each time you visit our site. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Who We Share Your Data With

How Long we Retain Your Data

For users that register on our website, request a quotation or process an order, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile and our order management system. All users can see, edit, or delete most of their own personal information at any time after an order has been marked as completed, which is usually after installation has been completed. Our team can also view and edit these details.

Certain data relating to processed orders is retained for a minimum of 5 years, to comply with warranty requirements on installations. After this point, customers may request removal of this data by contacting us directly.

What Rights You Have Over Your Data

If you have an account on this site, have requested a quotation or have processed an order with us, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.

You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
