We offer all customers the option to take advantage of our preventative maintenance service plan, which keeps your system running at it’s best. The package includes one maintenance visit per year, usually scheduled between September and March to ensure it’s ready for the summer season.
Our maintenance plan includes:
- Thorough cleaning of both interior and exterior units
- Maintenance of exterior unit, fan blades, motor, compressor and pump
- Cleaning or replacement of all filters
- Calibration of temperature monitoring elements
- Update any firmware on the units and ensure strong WiFi connection
- Just £19 extra per additional internal unit on multi-split systems
To sign up for our annual maintenance plan, your unit must be within it’s warranty period (usually 5 years) and it must be a unit purchased from us. To go ahead, just call our customer care team with your order reference number on 03330 50 65 45
